- 충청북도 도민참여 교육프로그램 실태조사 -
주민들의 체육, 문화생활을 윤택하게 하고 보다 인간적인 삶을 살 수 있도록 해주는 역할을 해주는 것이 주 민 참여프로그램이며, 일반적으로 해당 거주지 주민들의 요구에 따라 프로그램이 개설, 운영된다. 따라서 현재 운영되고 있는 주민 참여프로그램의 내용과 운영 실태를 파악한다면 주민들이 가치관과 활동 형태를 이해할 수 있고 필요에 따라 계몽 또는 인식 교육 등을 할 수 있는 교육의 장을 만들 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에 서는 충청북도 도민을 대상으로 도민참여 프로그램의 실태를 조사, 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 건강, 직업, 언어, 인문, 교양, 문화예술과 관련된 프로그램이 주를 이루었으며, 환경과 관련된 프로그램은 극히 적었다. 이러한 결과는 주민참여 프로그램이 주로 일상생활과 밀접하게 관련 있는 프로그램으로 편중되어 운영되고 있다는 것 을 의미한다. 따라서 관련 기관에서는 환경교육과 같이 부족한 프로그램을 보강하여 주민들의 풍요로운 삶을 영위 할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.
A Survey on the Actual Condition of Education Program for Residents Participation in Chungcheongbuk-do
Residents' participation programs play a role in enriching the physical and cultural lives of residents and allowing them to live more human lives, and the programs are generally opened and operated according to the needs of the residents of the residence. Therefore, if we understand the contents and operation status of the resident participation program currently in operation, we will be able to create an educational venue where residents can understand values and forms of activities and provide enlightenment or awareness education as necessary. Therefore, this study investigated and analyzed the actual conditions of the residents' participation programs for residents in Chungcheongbuk-do. As a result of the analysis, programs related to health, occupation, language, humanities, culture, and arts were mainly maintained, and there were very few programs related to the environment. These results mean that the resident participation program is mainly focused on programs closely related to daily life. Therefore, related institutions should reinforce insufficient programs such as environmental education so that they can lead the prosperous lives of the residents.
