- 음악치료가 초등학교 아동의 자기표현과 대인관계에 미치는 효과 -
이 연구는 음악치료가 초등학교 아동의 자기표현과 대인관계에 미치는 효과를 알아본 것이다. 이 연구는 실 험연구로 이루어졌다. 이 연구를 통해 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이 연구에서 초등학교 아동의 음악치료 에 대한 자기표현의 효과는 사전-사후 검증결과에서 유의하게 나타나 음악치료가 자기표현에 도움을 줄 수 있 다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 초등학교 아동의 음악치료를 통한 대인관계는 사전-사후 검증결과에서 유의미하게 나타나 음악치료가 초등학교 아동의 대인관계 형성에 도움을 주고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 지방의 초등학교 아동에게 있어 음악치료는 자기표현과 대인관계 형성에 큰 도움을 주고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 초등학교 아동의 적극적 학교생활과 교우관계 형성, 자기표현을 통한 학교생활과 학습에 서 긍정적으로 작용할 수 있도록 학교 당국에서 음악치료를 통한 적극적인 대처가 지방의 초등학교 아동의 어 릴 적 자아개념 형성에 도움을 주고, 학습에 대한 자신감, 창의성, 자기표현력 강화에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초교 육으로서 적극적으로 이루어질 필요가 있다고 사료 된다.
The Effect of Music Therapy on the Self-expression and Interpersonal Relationships of Elementary School Student’s
This study investigated the effects of music therapy on elementary school student’s self-expression and interpersonal relationships. This study was conducted as an experimental study. The results revealed through this study are as follows. First, in this study, the effect of self-expression on music therapy of elementary school student’s was significant in the pre-post verification results, and it was found that music therapy can help self-expression. Second, the interpersonal relationship through music therapy of elementary school student’s was significant in the pre-post verification results, indicating that music therapy helped elementary school student’s to form interpersonal relationships. From these results, it can be seen that for elementary school student’s in rural areas, music therapy greatly helps in self-expression and interpersonal relationships. Therefore, the active coping through music therapy in the school authority helps elementary school children in rural areas to form their childhood self-concept so that they can act positively in school life and learning through self-expression. It is believed that it is necessary to be actively conducted as basic education that can help strengthen confidence, creativity and self-expression.
