- 예비유아교사의 교직열정이 교사효능감과 대학생활만족도에 미치는 영향 -
이 연구는 예비 유아교사를 대상으로 교직열정이 교사효능감과 대학생활만족도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아 보기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울과 경기도 지역 4년제 대학 유아교육과 재학 중인 학생 247명이 다. 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 SPSS WIN V.23.0을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 기술통계, 일원배치분산분석, 상관 분석, 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사들의 교직열정, 교사효능 감, 대학생활만족도는 대체로 ‘보통이다’ 이상 수준 이상으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 교직 열정, 교사효능감, 대학생활만족도의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 교직열정이 교사효능감과 대학생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 교직열정의 하위요인인 조화로운 열 정과 집착적인 열정이 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 대학생활만족도에 열정과 집착적인 열 정 요인이 대학생활만족도를 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 예비유아교사의 교직열정이 교사효능 감을 증진하고 대학생활만족도를 향상하는 데 중요한 역할을 하는 요인임을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
The Effects of Pre-service Early Childhood Teacher’s Passion for Teaching on Sense of Teacher Efficacy and University Life Satisfaction
The Purpose of this study was to investigate effects of passion for teaching of pre-service early childhood teaches on sense of teacher efficacy and university life satisfaction. The subjects of this study were 247 pre-service early chilhood teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The statistical analysis of this study was analyzed using the SPSS V.23.0 program. The results of this study is summarized as follows. First, in terms of the result for general trends on passion for teaching, sense of the teacher efficacy, and university life satisfaction were found to be above ‘normal’. Second, the result of the current study reveals that the passion for teaching, sense of the teacher efficacy, university life satisfaction was correlated. Also, there was a statistically significant corelation between the passion for teaching, sense of teacher efficacym and university life satisfaction. Third, it was found that harmonious passion and obsessive passion of sub-factor in the passion for teaching affected the early childhood preservice teaher’s teacher efficacy, and passion and obssesive passion of sub-factor in the passion for teaching affected university life satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to promote passion for teaching in order to enhance the teacher efficacy and university life satisfaction in pre-service early childhood teachers.
