This research aimed to comprehensively gauge the progression of students' development over three years(2021 to 2023) through the Education Welfare Priority Support Project, focusing on four key domains(cognitive-linguistic, socio-emotional, home, and health). The analysis yielded several noteworthy observations that form the basis for discussion. Primarily, among the facets within the cognitive-linguistic domain and socio-emotional realm, a consistent advancement was observed in the sense of school affiliation and interpersonal closeness over the studied period. This positive trend is attributable to the diverse array of programs catering to academic and socio-emotional aspects supported by the initiative. Secondly, within the socio-emotional domain, peer relationships notably exhibited higher scores among girls compared to boys. This divergence is believed to stem from the enduring impact of gender-specific friendship attachment, influencing elements like vocational maturity. Thirdly, in the socio-emotional domain, the manifestation of positive psychological attributes proved more pronounced among boys across all aspects than their female counterparts. This observation appears linked to the stressors associated with emotional expression during adolescence, varying between genders. Overall, while the project's impact varied across educational levels, it significantly contributed to student development. It's a vital policy aiding vulnerable groups, pivotal for individual growth and national welfare.
