The purpose of this study is to develop a STEAMP education program that focuses on cultivating talented people with creative and convergent thinking skills by combining the characteristics of existing convergence education(STEAM) and play and to analyze achievement and satisfaction so that it can be applied to actual field classes. Three experts in the field of convergence education participated in developing the program from January 2023 to June 2023. The developed program was applied from July to November 2023 to 15 elementary school students who wanted to enter the Gifted Education Center who visited the S Education Research Institute in Gyeonggi-do. After the application of the program, an achievement evaluation and satisfaction survey were conducted for participants. The results are as follows. First, STEAMP, a convergence education program consisting of six sessions, was developed. Second, the post-score level was higher than the pre-score as a result of conducting and analyzing the achievement evaluation before and after the developed program. Third, looking at program satisfaction, the program was helpful in the mathematical area, and the stock king program showed the highest satisfaction. Based on these research results, it is hoped that it will serve as basic data at the time when the development and application of convergence education programs are necessary.
