- 간호대학생의 고정마인드 셋, 메타인지가 그릿에 미치는 영향 -
이 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 고정마인드 셋, 메타인지 및 그릿과의 관계를 알아보고 이들 변수가 그릿에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시행되었다. 자료수집은 2023년 3월 20일부터 2023년 3월 31일까지로 G도에 소재한 1개 대학 간호학과 재학생으로 하였다. 총 143명에게 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였 고, 수집한 자료는 IBM SPSS 25.0 ver.을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 고정마인드셋과 메타인지 (r=-.169, p=.044), 그릿(r=-.206, p<.013)이 음의 상관관계를 보였고, 메타인지와 그릿(r=.468, p=.000)은 양 의 상관관계를 보였다. 다중회귀분석결과 그릿에 영향을 미치는 변인은 메타인지(p<0.001)로 나타났으며 설명력은 22.5%였다. 이상의 결과로 간호대학생의 그릿을 높이기 위해서 메타인지를 향상시켜야 할 것이 며, 이를 위한 다양한 프로그램의 개발이 있어야 할 것이다.
The Impact of Nursing Students' Fixed Mindset and Metacognition on Grit
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between fixed mindset, metacognition, and grit in nursing students, and to investigate the effect of these variables on grit. Data collection was conducted from March 20, 2023 to March 31, 2023, among nursing students from one university located in G Province. A total of 143 people were collected using questionnaires, and the collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 25.0ver. The subjects' fixed mindset and metacognition (r=-.169, p=.044) and grit (r=-.206, p<.013) were negatively correlated, while metacognition and grit (r=.468, p=.000) were positively correlated. As a result of the multiple regression analysis, the variable influencing grit was found to be metacognition (p<0.001), and the explanatory power was 22.5%. As a result of the above, metacognition should be improved in order to increase the grit of nursing students, and various programs should be developed for this purpose.
