In this study, we designed and applied an activity-based career education program for fifth grade elementary school students and analyzed its effect on career self-efficacy. The purpose of this study is to develop students' career self-efficacy by designing and applying an activity-oriented career education program in which elementary school students can actively participate with interest, and to provide basic data that will be helpful in future elementary school career education. is leaving. After setting the topic, establishing the theoretical background through research and analysis of related literature, and conducting a preliminary survey, an activity-oriented career education program was designed and applied, and the output of each program session was organized and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, students' interest in their own careers increased, and they were able to accurately identify their talents and aptitudes. Second, through exposure to various types of jobs, I was able to expand the scope of the world of work within my own awareness. Third, we were able to confirm that we had an attitude of planning and preparing for future dreams and the future.
