With the advent of the digital transformation era, the demand for AI competency continues to increase. In addition, education to learn the values, behaviors, and lifestyles necessary to elicit sustainable future social change is also important. This study developed and applied an SDGs-based AI convergence program for elementary school students, and then verified environmental literacy factors and perceptions and attitudes toward AI. The main research results are as follows. First, the average score of environmental literacy was improved by 1.45 points after education (14.78points) compared to before education (13.33 points), and was found to be statistically significant (t=3.15 points, p<. 048). Second, the average score of attitudes toward AI was 0.54 points improved after education (3.95 points) compared to before education (3.41 points), and was found to be statistically significant (t=7.01, p<. 001). As a result of analyzing the student observation diaries written by pre-service teachers, it was confirmed that they were generally satisfied with the SDGs camp program and improved their understanding of AI. It is expected that it will be able to provide a possibility in operating clubs, creative experience activities, and subject-linked AI education in the elementary school field.
